Night doors / Artist: Jonathan Cowell

Jonathan Cowell’s work combines observed imagery, memory, and imagination. Often, the subjects of his paintings revolve around the idea of a ‘sense of place.’ Common themes are London streets, houses, people, parks; and rural landscapes outside of London.

He works mainly with oil paint on canvas or board and watercolour on paper.
